Forestchook Posted June 16, 2011 Share Posted June 16, 2011 Mod's I hope is okay to post this but I wanted to share: I was browsing the net looking for chicken coop/runs to house my chicks (they need to start going outside soon) and I was horrified to find this ad http://www.gumtree.com/p/pets/giant-de-lux-chicken-coop/81857920 This looks identical to the coop/run combo I already have. Mine was advertised as suitable for 6-8 birds so 10 is overcorwded let alone suggesting its okay for twenty. Frankly I think run is only just big enough for my three bantums . poppy ben grace Posted June 16, 2011 Share Posted June 16, 2011 I think the house would be ok as long as the hens fr all the time as it apears they are doing in the photos, mind you it does look a bit of a squeeze for 10 birds! Trouble is people might see this and think that there is enough room for all those hens to live in that run permanently.
