welovemarmite
Anyone a have any knowledge of this? I am looking to do a make up artist course. I have found a few online and at attended courses, I think i will be doing an online one for the first one and then topping up with more specialist courses. Now, on every course i look at, regardless of the method of learning, they have CPD points. I know what CPD is assuming its the same as my current profession, continuing professional development, but no idea what the points mean. And,...why do you get points on the beginners courses??? I have been out of education too long...me confused.
yvonne
In my profession (accountancy) you have to get a certain number of CPD points each year - maybe you need a certain number to be able to use some sort of abbreviations after your name - no idea about the make-up world but it sounds fun.
