Have new dilemma now. One of my brand new hens who is 16 weeks old has developed sneezing and slight rattle on breathing. I haven't seen her eat or drink but I am not watching her all day. Never having had chickens before I am concerned, but one of the other new ones who is 19 weeks old had sneezing and slight runny nose when we got her home on Saturday. She seems fine now. I am due take very poorly one to vet this pm but wondered how she will be received when she gets back to others. I don't want to make things even harder for her.

What you bought the hen like this?.. if so you need to go back to place you bought her and tell them you are concerned for her and indeed the rest of their flock.. it sounds contageous
