Just read about it in Practical Poultry magazine and thought it could be a good idea, to start preserving in a month or two while eggs are still plentiful. Any good - or bad - experiences at all ?? Olly Posted June 30, 2011 Share Posted June 30, 2011 I haven't tried it, but there's a 'recipe' in 'Hens in the Garden, Eggs in the Kitchen' I believe, so it must be do-able.
