rosy20 Posted July 5, 2011 Share Posted July 5, 2011 Had our cube since May this year,the first weeks were very dry, but I've noticed every time it rains even quite lightly there is water in the back of the cube opposite side to nesting box,We tried re-assembling it with no better results,has anybody else had this problem or any idea what we have done wrong. My son assembled it according to the instructions,I know the damp/wet is under the perchs but what when winter comes, I am disappointed with the cube because of this problem. rosy20 Posted July 6, 2011 Author Share Posted July 6, 2011 No, it's on flags and even, The drain on that side seems to be dripping on to the botttom piece and not clearing the lower back wall like on the other side, there is only a minute fraction difference. Strangely I've always had trouble getting the plastic tray to clip in on the side, It's probably something very simple we've over looked or not done quite right I think I'll contact Omlet.
