Bex01
Hi there, I've just received my order from Regency Poultry, and I'm so excited, if a little confused! So, I've got Flubenvet 1% medicated premixture, Diatom, Apple cider vinegar with garlic, grit and Stalosan F. How do I use these things? I've read somewhere that the Flubenvet should only be used 3 times a year, what do I use for the rest of the time, as I understand they will need worming every 4 - 6 weeks. The cider vinegar, is for the water, should it be added all the time? Also what quantities? Should I put the grit in containers or sprinkle in the run? and the Stalosan I understand is to disinfect the run (which the girls will be staying in) how often and how much??? Sorry, I just need to get all this straight in my head, my ex-batt girls are due on the 30th and I want to be prepared!! I'm going food shopping next.....any suggestions??? What would be a good treat mix?? Thanks for your time

I use every 3 months, don't worry in between The cider vinegar, is for the water, should it be added all the time? Also what quantities? I add about a tablespoon full to a glug, not all the time, once every couple of weeks Should I put the grit in containers or sprinkle in the run? I do both and the Stalosan I understand is to disinfect the run (which the girls will be staying in) how often and how much??? Just sprinkle like shake and vac and I do it every fortnight Sorry, I just need to get all this straight in my head, my ex-batt girls are due on the 30th and I want to be prepared!! Ex batts don't know treats at first, never had them, but in time a cabbage will probably be appreciated, as will mixed corn and mealworms Thanks for your time
