mollyripkim Posted July 24, 2011 Share Posted July 24, 2011 Doris announced she had laid this afternoon, first time since being broody, a little egg, hers only ever weigh around 30gms. Anyway I had a look and it was still slightly wet and warm so as I was gardening I thought I'd leave it there until I finished. Half an hour later she was missing and there she was in the cube nest box, no egg shell, but yolk all over her beak!
