LunaKiw1 Posted August 2, 2011 Share Posted August 2, 2011 We got three new chooks 9 days ago to replace Ginger and Pepper two who had to be PTS recently because of peritonitis. Today Bluebell has laid her first egg - it's perfectly hard, nicely shaped and beautifully brown speckled - just pigeon sized! Still, at least it wasn't a softie so a good first effort.
