Although I have to say that I wouldn't consider going out dressed like that.

In all the supermarkets down here they always put signs up in summer asking people not to take their tops off or shop in swimwear, and to put their shoes back on.

wow, I dont really know what to say.

 

our local ASDA has a sign up saying that people are not allowed in wearing pyjamas or nightwear I dont think its warm enough for a bikini, but Im sure that someone would

In the days when I used to shop at our local Te$co, I saw a bikini with sarong (bear in mind that we have to be possibly the furthest point in the UK from any beach), several bare chested men, and often used to see folk in night attire and/or slippers.
