Omlet cube and run

Ok, so we have a columbine hybrid hen, she rarely lays eggs, however when she does the shells are thin and when i crack them there is always a strange brown thing in them (in the whites). I always chuck them away as im not sure what it is. She has being doing it since probably this winter.

 

Have never got round to it to ask what it is, and next time she lays one (if she does) ill try and get a photo,

just wondered if anyone knew what it is?

Could be a meat spot? Harmless but a bit unpleasant looking if they're large.
