sjp Posted August 20, 2011 Share Posted August 20, 2011 I've got 2 cakes to make on Friday one calls for 3 eggs the other 2 eggs.plus I'm suppling the eggs for a 3rd cake on Wednesday/Thursday the questrion is I'm only getting regular supply of smallish eggs at the moment. the 4 pullets are laying most days plus the CLB how do I work out how many eggs to use if I go by weight ie assuming that the recipe is based on medium eggs I know the eggs should be the small weight as near as dam it?
