RuthD Posted September 6, 2011 Share Posted September 6, 2011 I have an Eglu classic with run in a fairly exposed garden, I live on a hill. In today's bad weather I am using the full run cover, but wonder if it is enough. Can anyone tell me if the chickens are cold or not happy in the wind will they go into the eglu? Ain't Nobody Here Posted September 6, 2011 Share Posted September 6, 2011 I have a very exposed garden too and any plastic covers I put on just ripped to shreds . I then bought a couple of sheets of corrugated plastic, put lots of bungee ropes over them to hold them on and voila! A water and wind proof run .
