TooLilac Posted October 10, 2011 Share Posted October 10, 2011 We got our hens 5.5 weeks ago and have waited what seems like ages... especially with my two girls fighting over checking the nest boxes ! We think the clever chicken is one of the two black rocks, Explorer. Her comb and wattles are mich redder than the other one, FatDaddy, even though FatDaddy is fatter. Our other two hens are cream legbars (nearly 2owks) but I doubt they will lay until the spring, plus they still look & sound like babies!
