LolaLayla
I will soon be moving the eglu to its winter site and have noticed that there is some low hanging holly with berries in the area. Will it be ok for them to eat the berries? I know other birds do but just wondered if it would be better to cut off the branches that they can reach. LolaLayla
That's good to know. I won't bother trimming the holly
bouldercroft
I caught mine eating bellies full of berries off the holly bush. I was frantic with worry - I kept an eye on them and they were fine but then decided to hand pick all the berries off the bush - just in case. Yes - that is the definition of crazy chicken lady right there...
