I've just been shopping at westfields shopping centre in London not a good idea I ended up feeling sick and at the end of the trip my mum had a migraine but on the plus I got boots, handbag, gloves and slippers. We ate at this place called giraffe and we got some marks and spencer sandwichs. I am absolutely shattered I hope I get a good nights sleep talking

About it even makes me sleepy.... zzzzzzzz

I'm off to the Ideal Home Show there next week. I'm really looking forward to but for the fact we are taking both children. Hopefully we won't come home feeling sick. I hope you still had a good time.

I live fairly close to Westfields but I've only been there once. I'm not surprised you both felt unwell, I didn't stay long, there's something odd about the place. It started to affect my eyes and I thought that if I stayed I would get a migraine. It's like a goldfish bowl somehow and the noise of the shoppers crashes around. I do want to check out the machine that dispenses gold and I go to the Vue Sense cinema there, but for shopping I'm best outdoors. I love London but I agree that it's a tiring place to visit.
