People would often post personal details like telephone numbers, email addresses etc and often 'sellers' felt uncomfortable about having open 'I'll give you £17' offers on the forum........ It was decided to change the rules to make it easier for the sellers etc to reply via PM/email only as that way they would able to chat one to one.
