We had three pieces of egg news today!

1) Willow laid her first hard shell eggs (she'd being doing softies for a couple of weeks) She's the only chick I kept from my first hatching this year so it feels even more like an important milestone has been reached

2) It was our first ever 4 egg day We've only ever kept 3 hens at once before getting ex batts (taking us up to five chooks)

3) One of the ex batts laid the weirdest egg I've ever seen (picture below)
