This is a long shot I know, but I was just wondering if anyone could remember the name of a documentary about the amount of light we get in our houses and how it affects us. I can't remember who was doing the documentary, but I remember that he was in a flat and they blacked out most of his windows, and then got him to do exercises to see how the low light level affected him. Bit random I know, but can anyone remember it's name/who did it? It'd be really useful for my spaces and places module at school!
