moochoo
Here's a lovely recipe for chocolate brownies which uses 6 large eggs, just incase you get a glut! Ingredients: 375g soft butter 375g dark chocolate 6 large eggs 500g caster sugar 225g plain flour 1 tsp salt 300g chopped walnuts ( or substitute your favourite nut - OH's not allowed!) Method: Pre heat oven to gas mark 4 or equivalent Melt the butter and chocolate together Cool this mixture a little before adding the eggs and sugar mixing well Add the flour and nuts and mix again Pour mixture into a greased or lined tray about 33 x 23x 5.5 cm Bake for 25 - 40 minutes The top will be pale and crunchy when it is cooked but inside will still be gooey Allow to cool thoroughly before cutting or the whole tray will collapse on itself PLEASE AVOID THE TEMPTATION TO GO IN WITH A SPOON! Enjoy!
