Purplemaniacs
We set up the incubator and thought the temperature was correct although difficult to read the built in thermometer, it seemed to be correct but today got a big easy to read one with hygrometer and it says the temperature is 37.8 or 37.9 Have I cooked my eggs or will they still be ok? What should I do? Chrissie
Redwing
they should still be ok... its not waaaay too high so you may well get away with it There should be some sort of temp control so you could decrease the temp, I'm not sure how it works with an eco but possibly a slotted screw that you can to control the temp up or down As its only a little too high then opening the vent a bit further should bring it down a bit
Purplemaniacs
Thanks Redwing. I hope they are ok, there is a slotted screw and I have turned it down and re-checked the temperature. So cross we didn't get an easier to read thermomenter on Saturday but local stores had sold out Chrissie
