Smart Feeder - Light sensor values

When you candle the eggs do you take a few eggs out at a time and candle those, put those back and then take a few more until you have done them all?

 

Sorry it is a silly question but I am worried that the incy will have got cold by the time I have done 28

I open the inccy take the tray out then replace the lid - this keeps the inccy running at the usual temp

 

Once candled I replace the tray of eggs

 

I can take twenty mins to candle all the eggs here and they will be fine out of the inccy for that time, a broody will leave the nest to have food and drink and a wander normally. There is a theory that a bit of a cool does the eggs good and Brinsea are now incorporating a cooling option in to some of their Inccys
