While I was out shopping today thought I would pick up the ingredients for a Thai spinach and prawn curry I regularly make. Got home and found I had forgotten the spinach, and the shallots, and the lime, and the coriander, in fact I didn't remember to buy half of the ingredients , but at least I got the prawns . Definitely old age creeping up on me fast.

I have lost count of the times I have gone out to the shops for something and come home with several bags........and forgot the I thing I actually went for!
