kittyl
does anyone have tips on the best way to do this? Last year when I tried to do it with a torch & card it was harder than I expected & I ended up expecting 3 eggs to hatch (though I decided, luckily, not to remove the others) but was amazed when all 6 hatched! I'd like to try next week, the eggs are bantam & pale but there's only 3 of them, so I want to do them one at a time, while I'm in the run so I'll need to use a torch. Lewis
Do you have a little LED torch on your phone? They make great candlers! I did make a wooden box candler once, at the same time as building my incy and it worked fine to candle quail eggs but was a faff!

I have a small thin led torch, praps I'll try & make something with that, a tube & some ducktape, I have a week to practise!
