I don't know if any of you do any knitting or crochet for Knit A Square ( the aids orphans charity) if you do can I pass the following message on to you.

 

The charity have put out an urgent plea for socks, vests and pants ( not knitted - QD's and Poundland have cheap ones)to be included in any parcels sent to them. The weather forecast for their winter is that it will be very cold.If you do send socks, vests and pants please remove all the commercial packaging, tags etc as the South African Customs consider any tags/ commercial packaging shows the goods are going to be re sold and charge duty.
