yvonne Posted September 2, 2012 Share Posted September 2, 2012 Back in May, 02 lost service for a few days and offered £10 vouchers per customer via Priority Moments available from 1 September. Well, I duly registered (somewhat reluctantly) for the service, found the voucher, clicked on it and was told to come back on 1 Sept (it was 2 Sept when I did it), then tried again and was told I couldn't have it twice !! Aaaarrrggghh - more annoying then the original fault, subsequently tried the ap which wanted a code that I could not enter (alpha elements and only offered a numeric keypad). Anyone on here managed to get their voucher or experience similar problems ? Suspect I may end up asking for help in an O2 shop - so much for compensation !
