Pro - Does anyone else's nest boxes get soaked in rain?

Hi all. I have 9 hens and for the last few months my eggs have been decreasing to just 2 a day. I understand some are older and the exbats may not be laying any more but i have had my suspicions for a while now that some of the eggs are being eaten. Today i caught two girls in the act so i am sure they are being scoffed by my naughty ladies!! I have already put some false eggs in the nest box but do any of you have any good tips on what to do? Any ideas would be most welcome, we are missing our eggs!
