Keats2304
Having just completed a 2mx2m walk in run foe my Eglu cube I have to say that I have never put together a piece of kit with instructions that are so poor. ( and I've done a LOT of flat packs in my day). The booklet that I recieved was badly illustrated, was poorly laid out and was so faded in parts it was practically invisible. I reckon, with purchase of the Cube, the extended run, and this walk in run and all the other bits and pieces as well as delivery to where I live I've spent over £1200 on Omlet produce in the past two or three years.. It's good stuff, don't get me wrong. But please, Omlet, don't become complacent. Don't take any of your customers for granted. It won't cost you much to print decent instructions. At the very least use some of the cash I've spent with you to put some ink in your photocopier if that's the best you are going to do. Ain't Nobody Here
That's a very fair point. I'd contact Omlet direct though, they won't see your post on the forum . You could contact Customer Services or PM James direct.

superkitty
I found the same - fab run, but the worst instructions I've ever seen!

Keats2304
Hi Karencopas It's worth taking a look at the door. Certainly mine is fine. The run itself is grand. It's just the incomprehensible instructions that I am concerned about. It would be very easy to make a mistake in constructing part of it that undermines the whole thing - it's not cheap. It should be perfect. Keats
