Feeder doors keep closing when I walk away

I bought some hatching eggs on eBay last week, and they're now under our two loved Silkie hens, Beaux and Pandora. They're very happy, they came out for afternoon tea once yesterday and went back in and built more of a nest for the eggs, three are under each of the hens.

 

I read that you can't have two hens sitting on eggs next to each other, but because Beaux and Pandora get on so well I didn't want to move them and unsettle them. otherwise I might of had to put 6 eggs under one hen, bursting!!!

 

The eggs are for Lemon Cuckoo Pekin Bantams, what Poppet was, until she suddenly passed away a few days after getting her, suspected heart attack we loved her so much, the markings and the temperament, and this is my first hatching experience, we thought lets get some more Poppets! So fingers crossed they'll hatch, they're due on 10th October 2012, I am very excited!!
