Smart Feeder - Light sensor values

Hi

I am thinking about visiting Leeds by train for a shopping trip with my adult daughter. Is it reasonably easy to get from the train station to the main shopping area on foot? Also any tips for good places to visit?

Yes - it is a straight walk up into either shopping centres or the main streets. - it is all pretty central

It has been years since I went but from memory it is easy to walk from the station to the shops. We always used to go on the train from Bradford. Can't advise you on good places to visit though, it will have changed a lot since I last visited

Hello from Leeds!

 

As others have said it is a very short walk into the city centre from the station.

 

We have beautiful arcades, restored and full of interesting little shops, masses of the usual high street shops but plenty of independent ones too. Head for the gorgeous Victoria Quarter near Harvey Nichols if you want to blow the budget, or the market hall if you don't - it's an original and worth seeing! The Corn Exchange nearby has interesting little shops & stalls and a cafe, there are tons of places to eat (you can get everything from sushi to sandwiches) and you can walk from one end to another in about fifteen minutes if you like a quick pace!

 

I moved here as a student in 1991 and love it!
