New hens not going into Eglu Go Up

We were away and got back late last night.

I went to check they were all tucked in safely and there in the egg port was an egg.

BUT it wasn't a Queenie egg.... it was a big egg from Myrtle or Melody.

 

I went to chat to them this afternoon and I'm pretty sure Melody crouched so it was probably her egg.

So I should soon be getting 2 eggs a day and I think Lucie is getting pretty close too

I had a least 5 of my lazy lot of youngsters crouch for the young stud cockerel( in his mind at least ) poor sod was worn out by bed time
