For cleaning them. The purple cover on the cube run is covered in green moss/mould. I threw it in the washing machine today for a 20 min cycle but it hasn't touched it. I have several others which are just plain grubby. Has anyone had any success in cleaning them?

I was wondering the same thing. My new heavy duty run cover is black with mildew. I was thinking about trying a bleach mixture.

I have had black mildew stains on my covers too, it is annoying, but with all of the recent wet weather, I'm not surprised.

 

BUT I've managed to get the majority off just using sponge scourers and a bit of elbow grease! I have used both soapy water and disinfectant pet spray (separate times, not mixed together ) and both have worked well.

Think I need some warmer weather, lay them out on the patio and a good manual scrub! would be nice if the colour stayed on them - after a year they have totally faded.

Did you say purple cover????? I'd love a purple cover for my cube, but all the covers I have are green or clear????? Hum...would love purple one for my classic too, come to think of it!!!

Have chucked all my coloured ones sorry. They fade so quick. The clear ones wash down well though and last longer.

That's why I took the purple one off (it came with the Cube) - I've just bought the clear to put on - still not sure why it is not made long enough to reach down both sides though -it would be easy enough to roll up!
