Charlottechicken
On Thursday morning when I went to let the chickens out, a 3 inch slim brown slug was making its' way from their run across the garden path (at quite a speed I might add ) anyway, attached to his backside was......... a nice matching brown chicken feather, stuck in an upright position! Where was your camera? Every moment is a Kodak moment! Me and Him Indoors watched a snail crawl up the window last night whilst watching a bit of telly. Took it 3/4 of an hour. Pity there weren't two. We could have had a bet.
Cinnamon
I went down to the greenhouse yesterday evening & there were 2 giant slugs munching away on my biggest cucumber - the one I was going to pick this weekend I snipped it off & chucked it into the hen pen, slugs & all They loved it
Charlottechicken
Where was your camera? Every moment is a Kodak moment! I know The blighter was really moving though, he'd have been gone by the time I returned with the camera. Mind you, all his mates were in the food bowl, filling up on layers pellets, does this mean I will get loads more slugs
