savena5630
Today I got a nice surprise when I went to clean out my eglu and discovered two eggs! These are the first eggs I've had from 5 pekin bantams, who were born last April. The eggs are cream and brown, I was expecting white, anyone got experience with pekins eggs? Also, how can I ensure that the eggs are completely safe to eat, i.e. avoid any risk of salmonella or anything else that may affect their quality? Thanks!
