I second that opinion on trampolines. Mainly cos I'm having to get planning permission for my WIR and I am a bit bitter about the swings, climbing frames and trampolines that don't have permission but annoy me much more! Lol

 

Do you need planning permission for WIR's then ?

Is it because you are making a big one ?

Not a big run, but apparently because the house is listed if it is over 4sqm footprint we need planning permission! Wouldn't have a problem if it wasn't for the fact they are building a big road in the field just beyond and our garden is technically seperated by a road from the house....... Think my raised bed are technically illegal - oops!
