I just thought I'd pass this on I have just had a large load of hardwood chippings from a Tree surgeon based in Stevenage, they are of excellent quality. A full lorry loose load ( approx. 4 cubic meters about 4 of those builders yard grab bags) is £70 including delivery within 15 miles of Stevenage and a half load is £50. Previously I had bought bags from B&Q and this works out much better. The guys name is Rob (Ace of Trees) and his phone number is 07775 762837.

Awww....I was brought up in Stevenage, and had a flat in Bragbury End [blenheim Way!]

 

Well done for finding hardwood chips, I must pester some tree surgeons around here
