The last of my original 3 hens died today - bye bye Bella she had a good life - over 5 years old for a hybrid is not bad going. She was a big fat Bluebelle, first out, first for treats and first to cause a fight when new hens arrived. There was a time 2-3 years ago she was in isolation, then in a bumper bit for 6 months as so awful to the others, but she was always by my side if out in the garden and a real character, my best hen
