Hi everyone

my 2 new bunnies have setteled in very well but I've only just noticed a lump under the chin of my boy rabbit, Socks . It is about the size of a ping pong ball but looks biger due to his hair on top.

 

Is this anything to worriy about

I would take him to a vet just to make sure as it doesn't sound right to me. If it's the size of a ping pong ball then it must be pretty big. Is it hard to the touch or soft? It could be an abscess. If you've just got them then maybe they've been having a bit of a grumble at each other and he's been bitten.

Depends on what breed he is - my mini lop girls have big double chins - it's a feature of their breed. Best get it checked though.

Probably best to take him to the vet, because it sounds like an abscess to me!
