Thanks, she got home yesterday afternoon but is now sporting the most spectacular bruising on her forehead and round her eye!

 

We're planning on moving her bedroom downstairs (to the dining room which is the same shape & size). The stairs are becoming a bit of a worry .

Yes, and a sink in there too. There's not really anything she needs upstairs (she rarely has a bath so a carer could help with that when required).

 

We were hoping to do this quickly but have discovered a car in her garage . We were planning on putting the dining room furniture in there . It's apparently my brother's girlfriend's daughter's car .

 

I'm composing a Facebook message to the girlfriend (who I've met and is very nice but is obviously clueless about my brother). I'm afraid it will be a shock for her but I think she needs to know the kind of man she's seeing.
