4m x 3m Omlet pen, cube, new auto door still boxed and coop light

One of my hens is on baytril for a couple of days. The vet was rather confused about safe egg consumption. She said 14 days, then 8 from day of last dose. However the label on the bottle I have from the vets says 'not for birds producing eggs for human consumption', which seems rather harsh....

 

Any ideas out there?

Hi my vets say throw the eggs away for 28 days but I only did for 14 and im still here to tell the tale leanne

The standard advice from my farm vet is to withdraw eggs during the treatment and for 7 days after the last dose. The eggs shouldn't be given to small children, the elderly or pregnant for 28 days after the last dose.
