You could buy some pot eggs and put them in the nest. If she hurts her beak a few times it might also break the habit. You could darken the nest area somehow so that she can't see the eggs. The downside of this is that it might encourage broodiness in the others. I always put bumpa bits on egg eaters. It is quick and effective. She won't like it for a few days, but .....
