Peachy Pekins Posted June 22, 2013 Share Posted June 22, 2013 Just candled eggs for very first time at 9 days from incubator, 5 out of the 6 appear to have faint vessel in, which I presume is a good sign. One of the eggs appears to be empty. How long should I leave it to cancel again to see which ones are developing and which aren't, should I destory those that aren't developing or leave to see what happens - have hatched under brooder before but never in incubator so a bit new to me. miller30 Posted June 24, 2013 Share Posted June 24, 2013 Hi I candle mine on day 3 and then again on day 10 and 18 when I stop the turner and up humidity I would chuck the clear egg away if its day 9 and leave the others you should see movement in them on day 9 but depends how good your candler is and I candle mine at night as its easier in the dark leanne Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
