chickencam Posted July 4, 2013 Share Posted July 4, 2013 It's that time of year again no produce, then within the space of a few days, we have huge cabbages, small cauliflowers, broad beans, enormous cos lettuces, mammoth radishes, turnips, spinach, strawberries, raspberries, red currants, gooseberries, and of course courgettes And of course we ate out tonight. chickencam Posted July 8, 2013 Author Share Posted July 8, 2013 My brassicas went in about 3 weeks ago and are now huge, I could harvest the kale We now have 10 cauliflowers ready at once another 8 cabbages, I picked a large pot of raspberries and red currants this evening and a bag of spinach which is now starting to bolt along with some large Anabelle potatoes.
