I looked it up on google in the end, and what I thought was worm tea is actually something called chelate (I forgot the word, it was a while ago I looked) Apparently worm tea is made by soaking the 'soil ' the worms make - without the worms in it - to get a liquid, and chelate is the liquid that comes out of the wormery And you can't put the chelate on your veggies because the bacteria that helped produce it may contain pathogens Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
