sadietoo Posted July 18, 2013 Share Posted July 18, 2013 Not sure where I read this (a magazine...can't remember which one!) but best tip for this month for me is to peel ginger using a teaspoon...it works really well and there is far less wastage than using a lancashire style peeler or knife.......
