Croquembouche mould

I'm not sure a croquembouche mould would be oven-proof, as they are designed to be used for the assembly of the cooked choux buns. I suppose you could always check before you buy one, but I'm not confident they would be suitable to go in an oven.

 

I also wonder how evenly a cone-shaped cake would cook - wouldn't the pointy end cook much quicker than the wide end? :think:
