Any Virgin Mobile Customers - Web help needed

Hi

 

I only use my mobile for 'emergencies' / very occasionally and so don't use the accounts web site very often.

 

I tried today and failed. When I go to my account > recent calls the page says something like - not displaying properly, click on compatibility button in IE address bar but there is no compatibility button visible.

I have tried in Firefox and Chrome - same problem.

 

I'm using Windows 7 and IE11, Firefox28 and Chrome 34.0.1847.116.

 

Any ideas ?

Sorted. The page gives the same message regardless of whether its displaying correctly or not (which isn't very helpful!)

 

They used to list the last 60 calls/texts - now they only list the last 60 in the last 2 weeks. I haven't made any calls or sent any texts (in the last 2 weeks) - hence window was empty.

So if I don't log in every 2 weeks, I can't check my account has been debited correctly - I think this is a backward step, but I don't use the phone much so it doesn't matter too much.(I assume all mobile companies are like this as most people use their mobiles a lot?)
