Leicester_H Posted April 13, 2014 Share Posted April 13, 2014 Hi I only use my mobile for 'emergencies' / very occasionally and so don't use the accounts web site very often. I tried today and failed. When I go to my account > recent calls the page says something like - not displaying properly, click on compatibility button in IE address bar but there is no compatibility button visible. I have tried in Firefox and Chrome - same problem. I'm using Windows 7 and IE11, Firefox28 and Chrome 34.0.1847.116. Any ideas ? H Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The page gives the same message regardless of whether its displaying correctly or not (which isn't very helpful!) They used to list the last 60 calls/texts - now they only list the last 60 in the last 2 weeks. I haven't made any calls or sent any texts (in the last 2 weeks) - hence window was empty. So if I don't log in every 2 weeks, I can't check my account has been debited correctly - I think this is a backward step, but I don't use the phone much so it doesn't matter too much.(I assume all mobile companies are like this as most people use their mobiles a lot?)
