Lesley
Sarah - you're selling a bed? Is it worth me trying to sell the new beds we bought to 'dress' out house with whilst it was up for sale? I was going to put a card in the local shop - they are new beds, still in wrappers, cheap but OK as guest beds. We have beds stacked to the ceiling in the spare bedrooms - we have to sell them soon.......
Cinnamon
Mine is a chunky antique colour pine double bed, & its really nice - but we have upgraded to an oak kingsize I would list them - there may be someone near you who is in desperate need of a couple of beds. List them in your local Trader too....you can always end the auction early (before there is 12 hours left on the auction) if they sell through that. What you can do if they are all the same is run them as a Dutch auction,so you only pay one listing fee, but it is marked as however many you have to sell, then the top bidders all win (or do it on a BIN basis, listing however many you have) No point leaving them taking up space, when they could give you some cash, is there? Lesley
Thanks Sarah - I never thought of selling them at the same time. I'll have a look at doing that I think.
