Phew.....that was close

Recommended Posts

Well after all the talk about foxes to day and reading poor leeweedon's post I thought I would have a check around my perimeter fence....maybe I have been a bit complacent because there in the corner of the enclosure, hiding in the uncut grass, right in the corner was a fist size hole in the enclosure front fence....the bit I thought would be fine. It is covered by fruit net then chicken wire.....gonna have to get galvanised steel for the front now.....schoolboy error!!!!

I hope it it was the petrol strimmer that did it and not a fox as there was no evidence of digging or scratching. But then again, if a strimmer can get in...... :shameonu:

Guess hubbies weekend is now sorted? Making the girls safe or incur the wrath of his dear wife? Seems you guys have foxes everywhere, and much as I love their pics online would have palpitations if anyone mentioned introducing them up here!

More wire..........!!

Indeed redsunset....poor him, we are decorating EVERYWHERE at the moment, so he was downstairs painting when all he heard was me shouting....AL...come and see this...poor Al then had to nail a sheet of wood to the post, I have a massive log on the inside and a bag of sand on the outside, safe for now but not aesthetically pleasing.....al then went back to painting with a sad realisation....I know what I'll be doing this weekend, if I ever want to each/play football again. :boohoo:
