Chicken shack
I have 8 chickens and 2 have a bad case of scaly leg mite. I have treated all the girls with ivamec in July and this week. I have also washed the worst 2 in dog flee shampoo and brushed gently. All have also been sprayed with scaly mite spray and WD40. I have never seen the mites but the scales are lifted. How can I tell if I have got rid of the mites? It is so stressful for the girls each time I have to treat them. Advice please.
