Such a doddle, though my teenaged self hated doing it All the parts came apart so you could get all the grease out. Would love that now. My cooker has a ceramic hob which has an edge around which traps all sorts despite my trying to clean it. If I have another ceramic hob it will a smooth one with no edges to trap any yuk!
